Hello and welcome to my blog! This blog has been created initially for me to share my own recipes and to document my dining experiences. Though through the years, this blog evolved to be a lot more than that. I’ve started writing restaurant reviews, hotel reviews, travel logs, product reviews, and have collaborated with various brands etc. But there’s no denying that my love for food and cooking will never change.

My lifestyle has gone through major changes too. I was a Medical student from 2002-2007, a Medical intern in 2008, a Surgical resident in 2009 and a Psychiatry registrar in 2010. But in 2011 I made a major life decision and moved from Australia to Kuala Lumpur to pursue a music career. Currently I’m a full-time musician fronting 2 bands, part-time Music Teacher and I spend my freetime on well, food (and this blog). Needless to say, my life is full of interesting challenges!

Even my diet has evolved. I have always been health conscious and keep myself updated with what’s good for our bodies. A period of time ago, I tried out Paleo diet, but fell off the wagon when I entered a new relationship. But now, I think I have found what really works for me: Low Carb/Ketogenic lifestyle. This is the latest transition (2018) and my body has since gone through major changes since adopting this lifestyle. Hence, this blog will start to feature a lot more about Low Carb eating and recipes.

Happy reading and don’t be shy to contact me through the comment box, or you can always follow me on my social media:
